A 2005 EINSTEIN’S CELEBRATION

In 1905 the broodings of a German functionary in the Swiss patent office changed the world forever. During that miraculous year appeared a series of papers altering the entire conceptual frame of physics introducing the special theory of relativity, light quanta and the photoelectric effect, Brownian motion and the existence of molecules, and the mass and energy inter-changeability (E = mc2).

The international physics community declared 2005 the World Year of Physics as a tribute to Einstein’s centennial.

Brain Mind & Life organizes weekly lectures and debates on topics related to brain, mind and life of the great genius (see Albert Einstein’s Brain, Mind and Life).
